The Opportunity
We’re looking for results-driven Sales Executives to introduce and secure corporate engagements for our Employee Wellness, Harm Reduction, and Policy Awareness Training.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in corporate sales, HR solutions, or financial services, who are confident engaging C-suite and HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage HR, CSR, and compliance teams to schedule wellness and awareness workshops.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, appointment setting, follow-ups.
- Coordinate with training facilitators for seamless client handovers.
- Maintain CRM records and attend weekly virtual team sessions.
- Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager or National Sales Lead roles.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B or corporate sales (HR, wellness, or financial sectors preferred)
- Strong communication and executive engagement skills
- CRM and virtual sales proficiency (Teams/Zoom)
- Own reliable transport and stable internet
- Target-driven, ethical, and self-motivated
- Exposure to EAP, corporate wellness, or training solutions is a strong advantage
